DAEPOLIS collects only the data needed to provide accounts, analyses, payments, support, and public ledger functions.

Data Collected

Account email, authentication metadata, submitted queries, source packs, generated analyses, claims, predictions, review states, billing identifiers, and basic usage logs may be processed.

Use and Lawful Basis

Data is used to operate the service, secure accounts, generate records, maintain the ledger, process subscriptions, and answer support requests. Processing is based on consent, contract necessity, and legitimate interest in service integrity.

Retention and Processors

Records are retained while an account or published ledger entry remains active, unless deletion is required by law or requested where applicable. Supabase acts as database and authentication processor. Stripe acts as payment processor.
