CJI Pre-Registrations

Sealed commitments, then reality.

This page is the reviewer-facing register for CJI class predictions that were committed before outcome resolution. It shows the sealed prediction payload separately from later resolution and Brier outcome fields.

Public boundary

This is not a real-country score surface.

The pre-registration register is the predictive-credit layer for CJI. It does not publish editable post-hoc fields, retrospective validation probes, or unvalidated country scores. A commitment can be inspected because its class, probability, resolution source, and hash are sealed before the result is known.

Reviewer Inspection Rule

The sealed side is what DAEPOLIS committed to before resolution. The outcome side is what later reality did to that commitment. They are kept visually and structurally separate so hindsight cannot masquerade as foresight.

Sealed payload

Predicted CJI class, probability, candidate classes, panel hash, payload hash, commitment hash, and resolution criterion.

Resolution payload

Status, realized class, hit or miss outcome, Brier score, and resolved-at timestamp after the source of record can be checked.

Excluded payload

Rationale prose, editable scoring fields, retrospective probe outputs, and unvalidated real-country CJI numbers.

Sealed CJI Commitments

Each card is a public projection of the pre-registration row. Private ownership, analysis linkage, rationale text, and mutable score envelopes are not exposed.

No sealed CJI commitments have been published from this environment yet. The surface is ready for reviewer inspection once commitments exist.

How To Read This Register

Commitment hash
A SHA-256 commitment to the sealed CJI prediction envelope. It is a timestampable proof of what was claimed before outcome resolution, not proof that the claim is true.
Resolution criterion
The observable event, due date, and source of record that decide whether the class prediction resolved cleanly.
Brier outcome
The numerical penalty applied only after resolution. Open commitments should not carry a Brier value.
Country scores
Country CJI scores remain calibration artifacts unless the measured-panel release guard is complete.
